Hoyer Marine Electric Motors, which are widely known within the marine industry for the quality, performance and reliability, can be used as main and auxiliary drives below deck on ships and in the offshore industry. The electric motors are designed and type approved by several of the major classification societies to ensure conformity with the rules of the marine industry and use for both “essential” and “non-essential” services. 

Technical info

All Hoyer Marine Electric Motors are provided with metal cable glands for main supply. Connection for accessories are provided with M20 metal blind caps.

Hoyer Marine Electric Motors are designed for 45 degrees ambient temperature and with tropical insulation.

440V Y – Hoyer Marine Electric Motors ≤ 3,5 kW
440V D – Hoyer Marine Electric Motors ≥ 3,5 kW

Other voltages can be supplied on request.
